Shama Yasmeen
Irisé Bakehouse was founded by Shama Yasmeen, graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, but her passion had always been in the kitchen. Driven by a lifelong love for baking and creating, she chose to pursue her true calling as a pastry chef, turning her passion into a profession.and successfully operated a luxury wedding cake business for over five years, creating bespoke cakes for hundreds of celebrations.
Opening Irisé Bakehouse has been a long-held dream, a place where exceptional pastries, artisan baking, specialty coffee, and warm hospitality come together under one roof. Every menu item reflects her commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and creating memorable experiences for every guest.
